Who can log in?

EvenBetter uses your company’s identity provider for sign-on (Microsoft or Google SSO). You can create as many user accounts as needed to access the dashboard.

How do I update my data?

Data exported from EvenBetter is called a "snapshot". You can provide additional snapshots over time to track your pay gap trends and monitor progress on equality targets, actions, and hiring decisions.

What data is used by EvenBetter?

EvenBetter does not collect personal identifiable information (PII) and does not sell or share your data. We use role-level data to understand positions and pay in your organisation. The only personal data required is the gender of the current position holder.
