How much does one report cost?

$10 AUD per report (per-report tier). Pre-buying credit packs reduces the per-unit cost: 50-Credits at $450 ($9/report — 10% savings) or 500-Credits at $2,500 ($5/report — 50% savings). All AUD, GST-inclusive at v1 launch via Stripe Tax.

Can I get a refund on a low-confidence report?

Yes. Any report delivered with LOW confidence is one-click refundable from the report page. We'd rather not charge you than show you a wide range you can't act on.

Do pack credits expire?

50-Credits packs expire 12 months from purchase; 500-Credits packs expire 24 months from purchase. Per-report purchases have no expiry. Final terms confirmed at launch.

Where does the salary data come from?

Five named sources: LinkedIn (live job posts from the LinkedIn professional network), Indeed (AU job listings via the Indeed-and-partners feed), SEEK (via Apify, gated to runs where the resilient baseline returned fewer than 5 listings), the ABS official wage dataset, and Anthropic web_search against an allowed-domains whitelist of AU salary guides (Hays, Robert Half, Robert Walters, Michael Page).

What about USD or GBP listings?

Foreign-currency listings are excluded from the calculated range (RNG-06) but still appear in the listings panel with a 'not used for benchmark' tag. We don't run mixed-currency triangulation — converting USD to AUD at a notional rate is an arithmetic guess, not data.

How fresh is the data?

Tool results are cached for 1 hour (LinkedIn, Indeed, SEEK, web_search) or 24 hours (ABS — the dataset itself updates quarterly). Full reports cache for 7 days keyed on the extracted ingredients + prompt version + model ID, so an identical JD paste returns the same range until something material changes.

Do you cover roles outside Australia?

No — v1 is Australia-only. The triangulation engine, source list, salary normalisation rules, and ABS anchor are all built around AU market specifics. UK / US / NZ expansion is on the v2 roadmap (MKT-01..04) — gated on AU validation completing first.

What happens to my pasted JD?

Before any persistence, the JD passes through a Haiku PII-redaction pre-pass (CCH-06) that removes emails, phone numbers, and named individuals. The redacted version is stored alongside the structured extraction; the raw JD text is purged after 30 days (CCH-07). Final reports are kept indefinitely so you can re-open them, but they only retain the extracted ingredients (role title, seniority, skills, location) — never the original JD body.

Can I delete all my data?

Yes — DELETE /api/users/me/data (FND-05) cascades to Postgres reports, Redis cache, and Langfuse traces within an SLA of 30 days. This includes any first-party benchmark records (DAT-01) you opted into via the consent toggle. Lands at v1 launch alongside the Privacy-Act compliance work (Phase 4).

Do you share my data with employers or recruiters?

Never. Individual reports are visible only to the account that ran them. The forthcoming first-party data pipeline (DAT-01..03, Phase 5) aggregates only anonymised cohorts (minimum N=10 records, no employer-identifying fields, no raw record exposure) and is gated behind explicit opt-in consent — and even then, the aggregates are surfaced as one of five triangulation sources, not as raw data.

What about APS / EL / SES public-sector roles?

AU public-sector roles (APS / EL / SES classifications, state-government bands) are detected during JD extraction (JD-04) and either routed to a published-pay-scale handler or surfaced with a graceful out-of-scope explainer — we don't pretend the published bands are something they're not. Phase 3 ships the routing.

Can I export a report as a PDF?

Yes — every report has a PDF download button using @react-pdf/renderer (UI-05). The PDF preserves the range hero, confidence rationale, source attribution, and listings table; provenance drawer content is footnoted. Lands in v1.0 Phase 2 plan 02-09 (currently deferred while v1.1 ships).

What's on the roadmap after v1?

Multi-user accounts (admin + recruiter roles, email-magic-link invitations, shared account balance), report packages with append-only ledger reconciliation, refer-a-friend credit, and operational hardening (per-source health metrics, status-page integration, file uploads for PDF/DOCX JDs). UK / US / NZ market expansion is gated on v1 AU validation.
